One thing that unfortunately connects all managers is having to endure some pretty awful people from time-to-time. It is a terrible yet necessary part of our jobs.

As a kind of cathartic treatment to those that have had to suffer such terrible behavoirs, I offer up this blog as a means to vent our frustrations as well as educate some to the warning signs to help us avoid these types and/or let them go sooner than later.
